A deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required to hold the puppy of your choice. The outstanding balance shall be paid in cash or postal money order before the purchaser obtains possession of the puppy. Deposit may be paid via Pay Pal, but 3% must be added to the amount being paid (that is the charge for using it) or cashier check (for deposit only) .
Both parties agree that the puppy will be shipped at the sellers' earliest convenience after 8 weeks of age, unless other arrangements have been made in writing and shown below. We require NuVet Plus be in the diet of the puppy for 1 year health guarantee. You can order Nuvet by calling 1-800-474-7044 or on their website, http://www.nuvet.com/ Give them referral code: 33662. There is NO REFUND ON DEPOSIT.
However, if we do not have the puppy that you want, the deposit may be transferred to the next litter. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of a puppy. Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and will refund deposit minus any expenses incurred including time spent.
Puppies are sold with a written 1 year genetic health guarantee. I have read the above, understand and I am in agreement with this contract.

I generally ship, using Continental or Delta (within the US), which includes Airline ticket, crate & health certificate. Seller reserves the right to choose the airline (Airline reservations are made 3 to 4 days before puppy is to be shipped to buyer & the ticket for the puppy is paid for at the terminal the day the puppy is shipped). If you wish to use another airline please let us know. There are times that we are unable to use certain airlines. We strive to arrange flight times that are the best for everyone.
